Each individual may hold only one registered account with pkr356. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be forfeited without notice.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and the operator of the pkr356 platform ("pkr356", "we", "us", "our"), which provides the online gaming and sports betting services accessible at pkr356.cam.
By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pkr356 platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by the entirety of these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

To register and maintain an Account with pkr356, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:
By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and current. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
Each User may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Where pkr356 identifies that a User holds more than one Account — whether registered under the same or different details — all duplicate Accounts will be closed. Any balances, bonuses or winnings held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited without notice, and the primary Account may also be suspended pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pkr356 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify pkr356 support immediately at [email protected]. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication where available.
pkr356 may require you to complete KYC verification at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal request. Acceptable identification documents typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or Pakistani passport. Proof of address and a liveness check or selfie may also be required. All documents must be submitted through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification flow only.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pkr356 customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be resolved. Funds representing verified real-money deposits (net of any withdrawals and subject to AML clearance) will be returned to you following successful verification.
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change without notice. All deposits are denominated in PKR.
The payment method names referenced contextually on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references only. Their inclusion does not imply that any of these providers endorse, affiliate with, or process transactions on behalf of pkr356. Availability, limits and processing rules vary. You should verify current supported methods directly with pkr356 support.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and AML review. pkr356 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing timelines vary by payment method and verification status. Withdrawals will only be processed to a method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account held in your own name.
pkr356 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day or per week. Users subject to active self-exclusion or account restrictions may not submit withdrawal requests during the restriction period, except as required by applicable law.
Where BTC or USDT deposits are accepted, all crypto amounts are converted to and held as PKR equivalents in your Account at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Crypto transactions are subject to the same KYC and AML requirements as all other deposit methods. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal are the User's responsibility.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a legitimate transaction through your payment provider, bank or card issuer is a breach of these Terms. pkr356 reserves the right to immediately suspend your Account, freeze your balance and take legal action to recover any funds obtained through a fraudulent chargeback.
All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers and loyalty rewards offered by pkr356 are subject to individual offer-specific terms in addition to these general conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific offer's terms and these T&Cs, the offer-specific terms prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses) are specified in each individual offer's terms. The Platform's game contribution rates vary — not all games contribute equally towards clearing a wagering requirement.
pkr356 operates a strict anti-abuse policy. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same offer more than once; using low-variance wagering strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements; coordinating with other Users to exploit promotions; and using automated scripts or bots to place bets.
Where bonus abuse is detected or reasonably suspected, pkr356 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, close the Account and withhold any balance pending investigation.
Bonus amounts, cashback percentages, VIP tier thresholds and referral credits quoted in marketing materials, on the homepage and in promotional communications are illustrative examples unless expressly confirmed as live offers in your account. Verify current offer terms directly within your account before participating.
All games available on the pkr356 Platform are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed payout and the underlying game rules, the game rules prevail.
Where Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed on the Platform, such figures represent long-run theoretical return rates as configured by the game provider. RTP figures are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes. Actual results in any session may differ substantially from the stated RTP. RTP figures shown as ranges on game cards are illustrative examples.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events — are subject to individual market-specific rules. Odds are displayed in real time and may change before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding unless the event is subject to a void or settlement adjustment as described in the sportsbook rules.
pkr356 does not accept liability for interrupted gameplay resulting from network failures, device issues or force majeure events outside our reasonable control. In cases where a game is interrupted before a result is determined, the Platform will apply its standard disconnection and interrupted game policy, which may result in the round being voided or replayed.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell or create derivative works from any Platform content.
The pkr356 brand name, logo and associated marks are the exclusive property of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including on third-party websites, social media or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr356 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to financial losses from gameplay, technical failures, service interruptions, or delays in processing withdrawals.
pkr356 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free or free from technical defects. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, apply updates and temporarily suspend services as reasonably required. Where practicable, advance notice will be provided.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkr356 makes no representation that the content of the Platform is accurate, current or suitable for any particular purpose beyond its stated entertainment use.
pkr356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where, in our reasonable judgment, the User has:
Upon termination for breach, any Bonus Funds, promotional credits and associated winnings will be forfeited. Verified real-money deposit balances (net of withdrawals and subject to AML clearance) will generally be returned following the conclusion of any investigation, unless those funds are subject to a legitimate withholding order.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law in your own territory.
For the avoidance of doubt: the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan are not the governing law of this Agreement. Pakistani users access the Platform subject to the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Users are independently responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to them personally in Pakistan.
pkr356 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes — for example, by displaying a notice upon login or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.
